Đây là cuốn sách của Osho trình bày một cách chi tiết về 7 giai đoạn thực hành từ một người sơ cơ đến một người giác ngộ hoàn toàn. Thông qua cuốn sách này, chúng ta có thể có được những định hướng và chỉ dẫn trong quá trình thực hành của mình.

Bây giờ ta sẽ giải thích cho con sự hiểu biết cực kỳ hiếm có này, khi đạt được nó con sẽ trở nên tự do trong khi vẫn còn ngụ trong cơ thể này. Nhìn tất cả chúng sinh như Brahman, là một, không sinh, yên tĩnh, bất diệt, vô tận, không thay đổi và ý thức; vì vậy nhìn cuộc sống trong an bình và phúc lạc. Không nhìn bất cứ cái gì ngoài bản ngã và cái tối cao. Trạng thái này được biết là yoga.

Ông chỉ thực hiện các hành động cao quý như vậy mà không làm phiền người khác. Ông lo ngại tội lỗi và không thèm muốn bất kỳ sự nuông chiều - bản ngã. Ông thốt ra các ngôn từ tình cảm và yêu thương. Ông sống trong cộng đồng của các vị thánh và nghiên cứu các kinh. Với sự hợp nhất hoàn toàn của tâm, lời nói và hành động, ông đi theo chúng.
