Quá trình để thực hiện sự hàn gắn về thái độ này, trên thực tế, là rất đơn giản. Điều tôi muốn khuyên bạn là bạn hãy tưởng tượng mình được bao bọc bởi một quả bóng vàng kim, nó sẽ bảo vệ bạn khỏi thế giới bên ngoài và những người khác, và cũng bảo vệ bạn khỏi tiềm thức của chính mình.

Ý tưởng là, mỗi lần một suy nghĩ, cảm xúc hoặc động cơ khởi lên từ tiềm thức, bạn hãy đểchúng dừng lại ở cảnh cổng bên ngoài quả cầu, giống như có một người gác cửa kiểm tra thẻ ra vào. Nếu suy nghĩ, cảm xúc hay động cơ là tích cực, yêu thương, tâm linh, cân bẳng, như Chúa, như thượng đế, thì hãy để nó xuyên qua quả cầu và đi vào tâm trí bạn.

Nếu một suy nghĩ, cảm xúc hoặc động cơ là tiêu cực, bản ngã, tách biệt, ích kỉ, dựa trên nỗi sợ, mất cân bằng và không thuộc về thượng đế, thì hãy đẩy nó ra khỏi tâm trí bạn.
